2025 Affie Awards
Open to all AFIA members, the Affie Awards honour the individuals and organisations driving meaningful progress across Australia’s financial services landscape. From bold leadership to those who have played an integral role in driving positive outcomes for customers and business, the Affies spotlight those who are helping finance Australia’s future.
Held in conjunction with the 2025 AFIA Conference, this year’s Gala Dinner will take place on Tuesday, 16 September, at Saltbox—Sydney’s newest destination venue, nestled in Wunderlich Lane between Surry Hills and Redfern.
Guests will enjoy welcome drinks and a two-course dinner as we come together for an evening of recognition, connection and celebration.
Who can attend?
A seat at the Affie Awards & Gala Dinner is included in the AFIA Conference registration. Friends, family and colleagues of our finalists are also warmly invited to attend by purchasing a separate ticket for $440.00.
Award Categories
Entering the awards is an opportunity to showcase achievements, amplify programs and initiatives, connect into a finance community and get recognised for making an impact.

You can enter your organisation in each of the three awards available.
You can enter as many individuals from your organisation as you wish in the Impactful Leadership Award or Hall of Fame Award.
You are able to self-nominate in the Leadership Award or nominate someone else.
Entries for the Hall of Fame cannot be self-nominated, entrants must be nominated by someone else.

This award is for an individual who has demonstrated improved customer outcomes and/or people outcomes, which could include delivery of an app, website, call centre, marketing campaign, culture program, talent retention program or diversity and inclusion program.
